CranioSacral Therapy<\/strong><\/p>

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. A soft touch is used to release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. With few contraindications, CST can help a wide variety of problems and conditions, including but not limited to, migraines, chronic neck and back pain, and TMJ. You will remain clothed for this session.<\/p>
